Let us briefly introduce Avalon Rent Car Rental and Car Repair Ltd:

Our company was established in 1989 and renting cars became its main focus in 1999. All four owners of the company are Hungarians.

At the beginning the company owned only three rental cars but since then we have expanded into owning 70 cars while always making sure that our selection of motor vehicles reflects the current market demand. In case of demand we can offer rental cars from the fleet of our partners as well; our 16 colleagues can handle the daily, weekly or monthly rent of 80-90 cars (delivering, collecting, servicing, etc.) simultaneously.

All our cars are equipped with air conditioning (so both the mini and small category cars as well) and about 55% of the cars has have automatic transmission which is an exceptionally high rate in the local car rental scene.

Due to periodical fluctuations the market demand at times exceeds the size of our fleet turns, therefore from time to time we rent rental cars from our partner rental services in order to satisfy our client’s needs. With the help of our partner rental services we also offer busses for groups with seating capacities ranging from 10-70. Our services include car repairs in our own motor car service station, delivering to and collecting from the renter, hiring of professional chauffeurs with knowledge of English.

The basic principle of our business policy is to be „always flexible, day and night". The 24/7 service at our company really works the way its name indicates, meaning we always answer the phone, and especially our clients with contract we do deliver the chosen car at any time of the day within 1 hour within the area of Budapest, but we also deliver cars to the countryside and even abroad. Deliveries can be requested after the „normal” working-hours: at the weekends or even on New Year’s Eve. Our clients also can count on us when for example they ask for a rental car to be delivered right away to substitute their own car in case of an unexpected breakdown.

Nine years ago we created our service station to have our own motor vehicles serviced where every car is checked on by expert mechanics each time they are brought back, and if necessary they are repaired even at night or at the week ends.

This is why the chance that our motor vehicles would suddenly break down is minimized, plus we can be sure that our clients will receive motor vehicles which are not only spot clean inside and outside, but they also run properly. Also, those minor problems which can arise when renting a car and which rightfully annoy clients such as the windshield washer liquid running out or missing a spare light bulb can be avoided. Since 2008 our car service is Bosch Car Service, so we are officially Bosch car service, since we felt that a change is necessary in order to secure the future of our car service the only solution is to join a service which is built upon outstanding care and service for its customers and has room to develop.

This short introduction clearly shows that the main expectations of our clients vagy our clients have are flexibility and quick service carried out with attention to customers.
